1. Introduction & Acceptance

13. Account Closure & Termination

Termination Terms:

• All pending bets must be settled and withdrawals completed before closing the account

• Inactive accounts (no login or activity for 12 months) may be closed
• Any remaining balance in a terminated account will be refunded subject to verification
• Bonus funds and incomplete wagering will be forfeited

14. Dispute Resolution
